We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations for bookings of 1-4 guests. For group bookings of 5 or more guests, we require 7 days' notice. Cancellations made within these timeframes will receive a full refund. In the event that weather prevents the Nature Cruise from going, a refund for this part of the day will be given, and an alternative activity will be provided.
