CONFERENCES

To arrange a guided walk for conference delegates and partner programs, please contact Nicole Ellwood (nicole@craterrimwalks.co.nz / 021 280 3350).  We will ensure your guests see the sights, hear the stories and enjoy every moment of their time with us.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Guided walking tour for groups between 10 - 40 people

• Walking duration can be anything from 1-4 hours to suit your group

• We can provide transport from the CBD in a coach or van

• Pickup/return to the Christchurch destination of your choice.

• We can provide full catering, or you are welcome to arrange your own.

ITINERARY:

Please get in touch with Nicole Ellwood with details of your event, so she can recommend the best walk and itinerary to suit your group.  We have everything from a one-hour walk to a full-day excursion, so whether your group is up for a challenge, or a leisurely stroll followed by a pub lunch, we have the perfect match.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

This walk is scheduled 12-months of the year.  On days when the weather or track conditions prevent us from walking, we will try to reschedule, offer a wet weather alternative, or a refund less an administration fee. We require 48 hours notice for cancellation for bookings of 1 - 4 guests.  For group bookings of 5 or more, we require 7-days notice. If cancellation is made within this time frame you will receive a full refund less any expenses incurred.
